I have looked and looked for a jewelry repair. I just started looking in my travels. I came upon Ballard & Ballard. Glen was more than helpful. And I had my necklace fixed in 5 minutes. Both Glen & Mary were terrific. I will be back to look for a special piece of jewelry soon. Thank you.

Ballard & Ballard “Their customer service is great!”
Several years ago, I had a ring made at Ballard & Ballard from the double guard on my mother’s wedding ring. I wasn’t necessarily unhappy with that ring but more recently, I thought I might want to wear the “set” as it had been given to me.
This year, I spoke to Glenn Ballard about a new setting. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with this ring…I only knew that I wanted to wear it. Glenn asked me several questions which helped me realize why I didn’t wear the original set in the first place & helped me find something with which I am most pleased. I have chosen to keep the engagement ring as it has always been and Glenn will fashion a new guard that will be more in keeping with the engagement ring. I am so pleased with the choice I made & I’m sure that would not have been possible without Glenn’s help. He was most kind and considerate.

I have gone to Ballard and Ballard for many years. The entire staff is exceptionally nice; they are always so [gracious] offering coffee or tea. I know the store is family owned and they treat everyone like family. I have never felt pressured to buy. It is a beautiful store and I have such a good feeling when I am there. They always go the extra mile! Each time I have gone there they ask if they may clean my rings.
I spoke with another customer when I was there the other day to have my watch repaired and she felt the as I do.

Wife and I have been a customer of Ballard’s for over 20 years, even though we have moved out of the area. [We] still drive back to Fountain Valley because of the great service and knowledgeable staff. Never any pressure to buy.
Approximately 15 years ago, Glen Ballard designed and built a unique diamond ring for my wife after we described the type of ring she wanted. We couldn’t find the right ring in any store. Glen started from scratch and designed and built the ring that was exactly what my wife wanted. I actually think Glen was just excited as my wife. He seemed very intent on ensuring our complete satisfaction, which he earned.
