I have to say you made our experience wonderful. My husband and I bought [our] first wedding set at another Jewelers and it was nice the people were nice, but when we came to you for [our] new wedding set everyone working took an active interest in the whole process. You made picking and buying [our] rings fun and exciting. You kept me informed through out the whole process. It really felt like the staff shared [our] excitement and joy.
I work with the public myself and I must say I have told all of my friends & coworkers as well as the clients that sit in my chair that it was the best experience and you won’t find better people to help you.
Most were amazed when I showed the picture of my ring that I got a whole lot more ring for my money. They all loved the picture.
Most girls dream of their princess wedding dress. I dreamed and found my princess ring.

I have made several purchases at Bonaci Jewelers over the past year. I find myself looking forward to talking to Bob. I learn something new every time I see him. Bob is insightful and gracious. He goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. There is wisdom behind his friendly and courteous manner. His staff is cheerful and informative. I can tell Bob took great care selecting his employees. The customer service at Bonaci Jewelers reminds me of shopping the PASEO, in Palm Springs back in the day when service was King.
I also like their storefront. It brings a touch of Tuscany to Kent and complements their fine line of jewelry.
I’ve enjoyed every encounter shopping at Bonaci Jewelers and count it a wonderful experience when we meet.
