What is the process?

1. We send you JewelerReview Commentary Cards, pre-stamped and ready for your return address label.
2. You give them to your customers after a purchase or service provided.
3. They fill out the cards and put them in the mail, to us.
4. We scan, transcribe, enter, and submit the cards’ reviews to our site and one of 10 other review sites, increasing your ranking and your presence online.
5. Each time we get a card we post it to the next review site in our rotational order.

How much does this cost?

• $25 for a set of 10 JewelerReview Commentary Cards + $5 shipping via PayPal
• Once we receive the first card, we charge $27 set-up and go through the above process
• For the second and every card thereafter, we charge $20 for scanning, transcription, entry, and submission to review sites, including JewelerReview.com

For your first set of 10 cards and our service equals to $165, which will lead to invaluable ranking.  All you had to do was provide the cards to your clients.

What if the review is negative?

Unless the review does not provide useful details about your service (i.e. does not explain why they did not like you), the review will still be posted.  It is important for reviews to be varied and not simply include 4-star and 5-star reviews.  This will increase the believability of your service and improve the standing of your 4 and above ratings.

What if my customer does not want to give their full name?

They don’t have to; they provide initials, just a first name, or just a last name.  The trust is not gleaned from the name used, but the handwritten note.

I have some emails with reviews; can I submit them?

Our service is specifically for written reviews.  However, if you know someone provided you with an emailed testimonial, you may ask them to submit the same in writing.

I have some handwritten letters and cards from my customers; can I submit them?

Yes, you can—we’ll scan and process them the way we would with our own Commentary Cards for the same $12/card rate. You can mail them directly to us at:

If you would like them returned, please also include an additional $5 for us to mail them back to you.  You may send as many cards as you wish.

What review sites do you submit to?

We post your reviews on CitiSearch.com, Google Local, InsiderPages.com, JudysBook.com, Kudzu.com, MerchantCircle, Qype.com, SuperPages.com, Yahoo Local, YellowBook.com, and Yelp.com.

This list is adjusted when necessary.  If you know of a site that you want to be sure you are included on, let us know.
