Approximately 15 years ago, Glen Ballard designed and built a unique diamond ring for my wife after we described the type of ring she wanted. We couldn’t find the right ring in any store. Glen started from scratch and designed and built the ring that was exactly what my wife wanted. I actually think Glen was just excited as my wife. He seemed very intent on ensuring our complete satisfaction, which he earned.
