I am a confident, loyal customer of West Essex Jewelers. Joe has helped me with all of my jewelry needs from purchasing an expensive diamond bracelet (for my brother-in-law as a gift for his wife) to minor repairs and batteries. He has had my grandmother’s silver polished for a very reasonable price and then gave me an old silver box for storage. Because I am disabled his staff will often come to the curb as I drive up to p/u or deliver merchandise. The Best!

I have the trust to leave family heirlooms with either Ives or Mike, so that they can make repairs or enhance my piece. I have also many one-of-a-kind hand-made pieces that they have created for me.

The owner Joe and managers, Allison and Doug are talented, friendly, honest, understanding and so helpful! The repair work is completed super fast and special orders are available almost immediately. The communication between the customer and staff is amazing; they always follow through by calling when necessary and at times just to give you status…which is truly appreciated. I highly recommend West Essex Jewelers to anyone who wants an above par experience in all aspects of the jewelry industry.
